Step 1 Foundation
This part of the course is designed to give participants a very good overview of the subject matter and the contexts within which the work can be used with clients. We build on this context, deepen the subject matter and introduce new ideas in each following step.
During this course we prepare for the HeartMind 5 week stress relief programme that begins after this step.
The 6 week programme
Following this step the participant completes the HeartMind 6 week programme, using the exercises in the workbook provided. The student completes at least three 1-1 sessions with a trained HeartMind Finland coach who will support them in their process.
Step 2 Practical Empathy and Appreciation
This step focuses on the power of Empathy and Appreciation. We will discuss the integration of HeartMind and HeartMath tools with coaching and therapeutic practice, effect measurement and current neuro-cardiological findings. We discuss combining specific techniques and how we can use these in our own personal development and with clients.
There will be a lot of practical learning, working with other students, and sharing experiences. We will discuss feedback on the HeartMind 5 week programme
We will discuss feedback on what has or has not been achieved in your own practice and research and results evaluation E-training and its process Participants will learn how to instruct their clients in the use the HeartMind and HeartMath tools and the emWave®system, both in personal development, stress management and health improvement.
Step 3 Sustained Dynamic Calmness
Continuing the very practical nature of this training, we now introduce methods to ensure that our clients have the tools to develop sustained effects from the systems. We will deepen our own experience both practical and theoretical.
We will continue the theme of integrating different methodologies. This will include a closer look at the tools available in psychosynthesis (soul psychology) and ihminen tavattavissa.
Subjects introduced earlier will be given deeper attention.
We will discuss and experience various aspects of working with the will and creating ideal models (fulfilling realistic dreams).
Step 4 Practical Intuition, Intention and Integration
Latest research at the Institute of HeartMath and many other centres points to the fact that stress relief and emotional regulation clear the path to heighted intuition. New studies suggest the heart indeed is connected to a source of intelligence that is not bound by the limits of time and space.
Ancient teachings from many diverse cultures hold that the heart is an access point to the wisdom of our soul or higher source. People have associated the intuitive, energetic heart with their “inner voice” throughout history. As we learn to slow down the mind and attune to our heart feelings, our natural intuitive connection can be expressed.
